Deputy Program Manager

主要工作职责及任务Main Responsibilities/Tasks -1

项目副经理负责从项目授标（“报价请求批准”[RFQA]）至量产开始后 6 个月期间的全方面项目管理工作。其职责是在确保整个项目周期内盈利的同时，结合项目质量、成本及交付目标的达成，保障客户满意度。该岗位的主要职责如下：

The Deputy Program Manager is responsible for leading the program in all aspects, from program award (or "Request For Quotation Approval" [RFQA] in some cases) until 6 months after Start of Production. He/she is the guarantor of customer satisfaction in conjunction with the achievement of program Quality, Cost and Delivery objectives, while ensuring profitability throughout the entire program lifecycle. The main missions of the role are to:

• 作为佛吉亚官方代表，与客户建立稳固关系并主导持续谈判Develop strong relationships and manage the ongoing negotiations with the customer as the official Faurecia representative.
• 准备报价请求批准（RFQA）并提交至管理层Prepare and submit the RFQA to Management if relevant.
• 与项目财务控制员协作，制定初始商业计划，定义项目投资方案，并按管控流程释放投资；对偏离初始要求的所有情况承担经济责任Liaise with the Program Controller, build the initial Business Plan, define the Program investment scheme, and release investments in compliance with controlling procedures; take economical responsibility for all deviations from initial requirements.
• 通过更新商业计划、项目仪表盘及预算报告跟踪进度，并主导项目阶段与成果评审；确保项目按计划推进Launch and monitor the Program : track progress by updating Business Plan, Program Dashboard and Budget Reports, and by leading reviews of program steps and results.
• 开展风险 / 机会分析，制定并实施相应行动计划Conduct Risk/Opportunity analyses, and develop and implement appropriate action plans.

主要工作职责及任务Main Responsibilities/Tasks -2

• 就财务和 / 或技术问题与客户进行冲突仲裁Arbitrate any conflicts with the customer on financial and/or technical issues.
• 组建、管理并协调跨职能项目团队（涵盖销售、财务控制、采购、质量、生产、供应链、产品与工艺工程等）；明确团队成员的目标与任务分配Staff, manage and co-ordinate a cross-functional program team (Sales, Controlling, Purchasing, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Product & Process engineering), and define team members' objectives and assignments.
• 确保佛吉亚项目管理体系（PMS）中定义的流程在所有阶段得到应用；推动项目相关方之间的协同合作Create a "Program Management culture" by ensuring processes defined in the Faurecia Program Management System (PMS) are applied at all steps, and by developing synergies between all actors involved in the program.
• 组织项目全周期的信息沟通与协调工作Organise communications throughout the program lifecycle.
• 确保项目从研发中心到生产工厂的顺利移交Ensure smooth program transfer from Development Centre to Production Plant.
• 整理项目关键信息，保障项目连续性并助力知识管理Organise key program information to ensure Program continuity and to contribute to knowledge management.
• 确保全面遵守公司道德准则、管理规范、规章制度、价值观及员工手册要求Ensure full respect of Code of ethics & Code of management\ Rules and Regulations \Values\Employee handbook of the company

理想候选人任职资格The ideal candidate will have/be

技能和知识 Skills & Knowhow

• 较强的沟通和谈判能力Strong communication and negotiation skills
• 冲突管理能力：能够预防和解决冲突Conflict management skills: ability to prevent and solve conflicts
• 熟悉 PMS 流程Good knowledge of PMS-Process
• 熟悉项目标准、工具和方法Good knowledge of Program standards, tools and methods
• 较强的财务知识（包括制定和跟进商业计划）Strong financial knowledge (incl. building and following a Business Plan)

其它 Others

至少2年项目管理经验Minimum 2 years of project experience

最低任职资格 Minimum Qualification

最低教育程度Minimum education level：Bachelor's degree本科以上学历

语言Language：Basic English skill in listening, speaking, reading, and writing 基本的英语听、说、读、写能力
