Mission Objectives - CPE AVN OCIO requires integrated operations across technical, cyber, business, and service-delivery functions. The Deputy Program Manager converts program direction into coordinated daily execution. The PWS requires a single documented reporting chain to the Program Manager.

This position provides continuity for the Program Manager, maintains operational control across service teams, and rapidly resolves cross-functional performance issues. The Deputy Program Manager / Operations Manager shall:

• Serve as TeAM's alternate contract lead during the Program Manager's absence.
• Coordinate daily operations across all functional service areas.
• Track staffing, workload, risks, service levels, and task completion.
• Maintain the integrated master schedule and operating rhythm.
• Coordinate TD planning, staffing, execution, and closeout activities.
• Lead operational reviews and corrective-action meetings.
• Validate workforce availability for extended-hours and on-call support.
• Coordinate transition activities, knowledge transfer, and continuity planning.
• Support the Program Manager's monthly reports and executive briefings.
• Manage internal quality reviews for deliverables and performance metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional support for incidents, outages, and urgent requirements.
