Pearl Interactive Network is seeking accomplished Contact Center Deputy Program Managers (DPMs) to Join Our Talent Community in preparation for future opportunities.

Senior operations leader responsible for the day-to-day performance of the consolidated IRMAC operation. The Deputy PM will direct and integrate PAS, RMS, CLR, Workforce Management, Quality, Training, Reporting, Security/Access, and technology support; coordinate cross-functional workload and staffing decisions; manage operational issues and contingencies; and serve as the primary operational deputy to the Program Manager.

The PWS requires on-site management of daily PAS, RMS, and CLR operations, weekly Network Operations Management meetings, monthly interaction with supported MTFs, and travel to MTFs when required.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Business Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in business management, including experience managing or supporting operations in a call center or communication center environment.
  • Strong understanding of government regulations, project execution, and performance tracking.
  • Proven ability to manage and support large-scale government or public-sector programs.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Proven experience in budget management, resource allocation, and subcontractor oversight.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with government officials and stakeholders.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and ensuring successful project implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and improve project performance metrics.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods of time. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
