L3Harris is seeking a strong Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the execution of Global Hawk programs within the ISR Networks business area. The Program Manager is responsible for the cost, schedule, resourcing, and performance of assigned programs by leading teams including Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Contracts, Legal, Finance, Quality, Security, and others. Program Managers are expected to demonstrate team building, leadership, and communication skills by building relationships of trust with their teams, customers, peers, and leadership, and to effectively communicate with confidence including regular presentations and status updates to leadership.

Familiarity with military communications systems is desired.
Experience with FMS and DCS contracts.
Experience managing programs using EVMS principles.
Spares and MRO repairs management is a plus.
Knowledge of/prior experience in military aviation.
Experience managing cross-functional product-based programs for the Government, DoD Primes, and International Customers.
Experience with multiple phases of the program capture & execution lifecycle (Bid & Proposal, Development, Production, Sustainment).
Ability to lead and develop relationships with geographically dispersed teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $106,500 - $197,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
